| Caregiver Requirements - The following is a list of requirements all referred caregivers must meet: • Speak and understand English. • Be a caring and compassionate individual. • Mandatory Malpractice Insurance with minimum coverage of $500,000 per incident and 1,000,000 aggregate. • Background checks at least every two years through the FDLE (Florida Department of Law Enforcement) or through ACHA (The Agency for Health Care Administration) • CPR Certification • Complete work history with validation of at least two employers. • Validation of training/ education • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States • Physical verifying the individual is free of communicable disease. |
