Become a Caregiver ( CNA / HHA )
Congratulations, you have taken your first step toward registering with Abby Services. Below you will find a list of things required by the State of Florida prior to accepting clients. When completed you may mail, fax, scan & e-mail, or hand deliver your registration documents to our offices.
Abby Services has work opportunities for Home Health Aides and Certified Nurses Aides throughout Lee, Collier, and Charlotte Counties. To be considered for any home healthcare jobs you must complete your registration in full.
Your registration documents must include photocopies of the following:
- Drivers Liscense
- Social Security Card &/or Citizenship Documentation
- CPR Card
- Alzheimers Training Certificate
- HIV Training Certificate
- Home Health Aide Certificate &/or Certified Nurses Aide Liscense
- Physical completed within the past 6 months stating individual is “Free Of Communicable Disease”.
To be considered for referral you must have:
- Level 2 Background screening. (Information on how to obtain a level 2 background check)
- Personal malpractice insurance policy with coverage of at least $500,000 per incident or $1,000,000 aggregate.
